AFIRE creates spaces for Filipinx/a/os to confidently advocate for the liberation of oppressed people everywhere. We believe the powerful and diverse wisdom of our community anchors and moves us. We believe liberation from oppression requires action and is a journey that begins with us. We believe moving together comes from a shared place of understanding. We believe it is important to honor one another’s time, as it is a precious enigma we can never get back. We believe our work is done with and within community.
